Refunds through Eventbrite will take 5-7 business days. We will look for an opportunity to reschedule the event later however should that opportunity not be available we will see you at next year’s Coffee Crawl!  We thank you for supporting our Maplewood businesses and ask for your continued support as they manage through this challenging time.**

What’s the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? We can scan your Eventbrite receipt directly from your phone or you may bring a printed receipt.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferableIf you would like to give your ticket to someone else, please tell us before the event. Contact us at EnjoyMaplewood@gmail.com.

What about the weather?
This is a "rain or shine" event. Please dress appropriately and for walking. If it rains, we just pretend we are in Seattle and drink more coffee.

Is this a child appropriate event? If you are OK with your kid drinking coffee you can bring your child. We aren’t responsible for kids on caffeine, though! Since each host will only be offering caffeinated drinks, we don’t recommend including the kids in the event. There will be plenty of a la carte items for sale, so you are welcome to bring your kids and buy them treats along the way if you wish.

Can I bring my dog?
We love dogs! Airedale Antics will be sampling "coffee" for dogs (beef broth). Keep in mind that most host locations will be sampling inside and pets are not permitted in food establishments. Please plan accordingly.

The session hosts and roasters will be listed soon!
